My friends are huge fans of Cheeseboard (I like it but since tomato sauce is my favorite part of pizza, a lot of gourmet pizza like this is lost on me) and had the best idea. For a birthday party Saturday night they served three types of Cheeseboard. Yes, they actually bought two pizzas a day for three days and froze them, then reheated them. They were still great! Then someone brought a Lanesplitter as well. My favorite pizza is not actually pizza – Zachary’s chicago style. The tomato sauce is the star.

Are you saying you’ve had 20 pizza’s in the past month? Wow, I’m impressed! I have never had cheeseboard pizza, but plenty from Arizmenda. I imagine they must be similar, you’ve got me craving that delicious airy crust…

Love the cheeseboard, but go to Arizmendi’s more often – much closer with same great pizza
