Thanks guys!

Well, I'll be sure to post more cabbage ideas soon - I also like making a tomato, meat and cabbage stew thing called Kapuska (it's Turkish, although the name seems to be stolen from Russian).

I also like to make a tomato cabbage soup (erm.. the weight watchers veg. soup - which usually involves V8 for ease and a whole bunch of cabbage).

I've been meaning to make some coleslaw lately, and at some point I'll get around to pickling some of it!

This will be a great change to use cabbage. I generally stuff it with rice or saute it plain. I don't know what to make more with cabbage. As I can't find prosciutto here, I think I can substitute it with ground meat. Thanks for the idea.

Happy new year to you and your family!

nice that you are getting savoy cabbages, I have 4 cabbages in the fridge in various stages of decomposition... don't like cabbage really and don't know what to do with it. Tonight will probably be another one in the box, perhaps this recipe will save me!

So this recipe is rather good, you can make it even greater by adding a couple tablespoons of whole grain mustard.
