		<description>Oh my!!  I finally  made it! Subbed red wine vinegar for the balsamic and black beans for the feta that I forgot to replenish. Also added some red  bell pepper,and a bit of mint, parsley and lemon thyme from the garden. A half of a lime added a nice zing...  Do I have to wait till noon for lunch? No!</description>

Farro is also delicious in soups! 


I prefer it dressed in red wine vinegar as I find the balsamic too dark
It&#039;s good with sauteed chopped zucchini too.</description>
